Place the battery writing side up, into the battery slot by installing at an angle towards the back of the unit, then push down on
the front side of the battery.
When properly installed, the battery should not fall out when unit is tipped over.
Reinstall cover by setting the cover on the unit about 1 inch (2.5 cm) from the front of the unit. Slide the cover towards the front
and tighten the thumb screws on the rear of the unit.
