Sangoma Telephony cards ship pre-installed with 1 U faceplate, along with a 2 U faceplate as accessory.
If you have a 2 U server, the 1 U faceplate will need to be removed to install the 2 U faceplate.
If this is your case, please view the following Demo which indicates which screws to remove and how to separate the card
Hardware Configuration
The B601 has 3 RJ11 connectors for FXO/FXS, and 1 RJ45 for T1/E1/J1. There are two lines in each RJ11 connector, only 1 for the FXS port.
The first line is on the inner pair and the second line is on the outer pair (inner pair for FXS port).

Telephony card installation is very simple:
Power off server and remove cover to access the PCI/PCIexpress slots
Identify the PCI/PCIexpress slot to be used for your telephony card
Remove the backplate for that slot, from the server.
This backplate may require screwdriver to remove screws before pulling off the backplate. Use your discretion
Insert the telephony card into the PCI/PCIexpress slot and verify it is firmly seated
With the faceplate lines up with the mounting bracket, screw it firmware in place.
verify the E1/T1 ports are lined up and fully accessible from the back of the server before securing position
