When using the earphones in FM mode. sound is reproduced in
stereo. In order to receive an FM broadcast in stereo. The
Stereo/Mono Mode Selector(16) must be switched to STEREO.
The FM Stereo Indicator (6) will then glow. lf the stereo indicator
flickers and does not stay on, this indicates that the station being
received is too weak and good stereo reception is not possible.
Set the Stero/Mnon Mode switch to MONO reception will be
improved but the stereo effect will be lost.
