The QDS-6100/6200 has one 2x6-pin 2.0 mm pitch USB port pin header which supports three USB 2.0 ports.

The Speaker output interface is available through the 4-pin 2.0 mm pitch wafer. These outputs are shared with the
audio output (Line-out) signals of the Audio Jack PHONE.
