FAQ
Can’t turn ON the device
Make sure if the device is fully charged.
Check if the Power button is stuck.
Check if the Power Button is disabled.
Can’t fix WCDMA(UMTS)
signal
Check if GSM LED flashes every 5 seconds
Check if you have disable SIM Card PIN code
Make sure you have inserted SIM card BEFORE turn on the device.
Check if SIM Card is inserted in the correct direction.
Check if your SIM Card supports 2G/2.5G /3G network (Some 4G SIM card is
not backward compatible.)
Please make sure there is valid 3G signal in your testing environment.
Can’t fix GPS signal
Check if GPS LED flashes every 5 seconds (Blue)
Make sure there is valid GPS signal in your testing environment. (Open sky)
Can’t receive any data on the
server or cell phone.
Make sure you have activated 3G feature in SIM Card.
Check with your GSM carrier if you have the correct APN setting.
Please save your complete setting and send it to SANAV for further support.
User can save the setting using GPS Tracker Utility.
Can’t charge the device.
Check if the Blue/Green LED works

Check if you have used the correct cable for charging (not the USB Data
Cable).
Check if the LED light on the Charger is steady ON.
Check if the USB connection is solid between Power Cord and the AC Adapter.
