SET MAX AIR SP –
The maximum air temperature set point (SP) the user can adjust
the control to is set in this step. The factory default is 300 degrees F. The adjustable range
is from 100 to 485 degrees F.
SET MIN AIR SP –
The minimum air temperature set point (SP) the user can adjust the
control to is set in this step. The factory default is 100 degrees F. The adjustable range is
from 100 to 200 degrees F.
BURNER HIGH LIMIT --
A thermocouple is located, during heater assembly at the
factory, within the burner body. It measures the temperature of the outer body of the
burner to protect the heater from excessive temperatures. The default temperature is set to
140 degrees F. The adjustable range is from 0 to 200 degrees F.
PID SETUP GAIN --
The temperature control system has been pre-tuned at the factory
for best operation of the heater in most situations. If the tuning has been corrupted or
changed and a return to the original factory setting is desired, set GAIN to 075.
PID SETUP RESET --
The temperature control system has been pre-tuned at the
factory for best operation of the heater in most situations. If the tuning has been corrupted
or changed and a return to the original factory setting is desired, set RESET to 122.
PID SETUP RATE --
The temperature control system has been pre-tuned at the factory
for best operation of the heater in most situations. If the tuning has been corrupted or
changed and a return to the original factory setting is desired, set RATE to 020.
