INSTALLING CLOSER

•

Insert closer body into door.

•

Insert extractor bolt (A) into position

and rotate clockwise as this is a

The throttle valve is currently

locked so the unit will remain in the
open position.
DO NOT ALTER THE THROTTLE
VALVE UNTIL THE CLOSER IS
INSTALLED.

• Remove extractor bolt.

• Secure door plate to door with six

screws (B).

IMPORTANT
With composite doors and door linings

it is essential to drill pilot holes Ø 3/32”

(2.5mm) to suit fixing screws.
