In the MENU, use the Search wheel to select yepp Setup,
and then press the MENU button.

and then briefly press the MENU button to make the desired recording setting.

Sampling Rate: Each time the MENU button is pressed, the selection toggles
between 32KHz and 44KHz.

Bit Rate: Each time the MENU button is pressed, the selection as follows:
