4. TROUBLESHOOTING
4-1. INFORMATION CODE
►
When an abnormal condition occurs, melody sounds and displays Info. code indications as shown in the following Info. codes
are shown until the status has cleared.
No.
Information Type
Information
Code
Causes
Corrective Actions
1
Water Level
0C/1C
- Inlet valve failure
- The computer board is faulty (the SCR of the water inlet valve
is short-circuited)
- Water level sensor failure (less than 20KHz or more than
50KHz beyond the normal range)
- The terminal of the water level sensor is not plugged in or the
wiring harness is faulty.
• Replace the water inlet valve
• Replace computer board
• Replace the water level sensor
• Check whether the wiring harness
terminal is firmly connected or
replace the wiring harness
2
Motor
3C
- The motor wiring harness terminal is loose or the wiring
harness is faulty
- Motor temperature rise too high thermal protection action
(locked rotor failure, check the motor speed is 0 for 5
consecutive times, every 5 seconds interval)
- The motor itself is faulty
- Computer board failure
- UVW short circuit; motor coil insulation is damaged (variable
frequency variant)
- UVW wiring is off (variable frequency variant)
- Poor heat dissipation (variable frequency variant)
• Check whether the wiring harness
terminals are firmly connected or
replace the wiring harness
• Check if the clothes are too much or
stuck. After power off and cooling
for a period of time, you can power
on again
• Replace the motor
• Replace computer board
• Check if the wiring harness terminal
is shorted or replace the motor
(variable frequency variant)
• Check whether the wiring harness
terminal is firmly connected or
replace the wiring harness (variable
frequency variant)
• Waiting to cool down (variable
frequency variant)
3
Water Supply
4C
- The faucet is not turned on or the water flow is too slow
- The drainage pipe is not suspended
- Air level sensor or air collection tube leaks
- The inlet valve is damaged
- The computer board is faulty (the SCR of the water inlet valve
is open or the SCR of the pump is broken down)
- water level sensor failure
(always maintain a certain water level value)
• Check whether the faucet is turned
on and the size of the water flow
• Hang the drain pipe
• Check the water level sensor and gas
manifold assembly, or replace
• Replace the water inlet valve
• Replace the computer board
• Replace the water level sensor
4
Drain
5C
- Drain pump filter is dirty
- The drainage pipe is blocked
- Drain pump failure
- The drain pump wiring harness plug is loose, not connected,
or the wiring harness is faulty
- Computer board failure (water level sensor terminal short
circuit)
- Water level sensor failure (always keep higher than the
empty water level value)
• Clear pump filter
• Dredging the dirty drain pipe
• Replace the drainage pump
• Check whether the wiring harness
terminal is firmly connected or
replace the wiring harness
• Replace the computer board
• Replace the water level sensor
5
Communication
AC
- The terminal is not plugged in or the wiring harness is faulty
- Power computer board or display board failure
• Check whether the wiring harness
terminals are firmly connected or
replace the wiring harness
• Replace computer board
AC6
- The terminal is not plugged in or the wiring harness is faulty.
- Computer board or inverter board is faulty
• Check whether the wiring harness
terminals are firmly connected or
replace the wiring harness
• Replace computer board or inverter
board
-
- Motherboard variant and inverter model do not match
• Reset variants
• Replace the inverter
