When no water is extracted
Make sure that the faucet is on.

Clean the fi lter net using a toothbrush.
Make sure the water supply is on.
If the water supply is suspended, turn both the faucet and
power on.
Spinning causes loud noises and
vibrations.
Check if the laundry is spread out evenly in the washer.
Spread out the laundry evenly and start again.
Check if the washer is balanced and level on a sturdy fl at fl oor
surface.
Ensure that the washer is level.
Check if the leveling legs are loose.
Adjust the leveling legs so that the washer is even.
Ensure that the washer is not surrounded with unnecessary
items.
Remove anything unnecessary away from the washer.
