Major check points
Check TV Board Connector Voltages from SMPS (switched voltages on

CNM803
).
Test for 12VDC at both sides of both fuses on the TCON Board.
2.
If either one of the fuses is open, replace the T-CON Board .
3.
If 12VDC are missing on fuses, check output feed from SMPS (CN12V, pins 1-7).
4.
If 12VDC feed is present at the output of the SMPS, suspect a defective LVDS cable.
5.
If the 12VDC feed is not present, suspect a defective TV Board, FRC Board or SMPS.
