3.11  TAKE AND SHARE YOUR PICTURES

Take a Picture

1.  Press the 

HOME

 key.

2.  Tap the 

Camera

 icon.

3.   To take a picture, tap the 

Camera

 icon on your screen. The picture 

will be automatically saved in your Gallery.

Note:

 You can also access the Camera directly from the Lock screen. 

The Camera icon is located at the bottom right corner of the screen. 
Simply slide it in any direction across the screen.

Front-facing camera

1.   Press the 

HOME

 key.

2.  Tap the 

Camera

 icon.

3.  Tap the

 front-facing camera

 icon at the upper right corner of  

  the screen.
4.  To take a picture, tap the 

Camera

 icon on your screen.

Share the Picture

1.   Tap  the 

Picture

 icon at the lower left corner of the screen. Your 

phone will display the last image captured.

2.  Tap anywhere on the screen to display the options bar.
3.  Tap the 

share

 icon.

4.  To send an MMS text, tap the 

Messages

 icon.

5.  

 Enter

 

recipients

 will appear highlighted. Enter the mobile number 

or contact name of the desired recipient. 

If entering an existing 

contact’s name, tap the name when it appears.

6.   Tap the blank space to the left of the picture to enter the message 

you wish to send.

7.  When finished, tap the 

Send

 icon.

8.  To return to the main screen, press the 

HOME

 key.

A.   Personalize with Ringtones

 

1.  Press the 

HOME

 key.

 

2.  Tap the 

Apps

 icon.

 

3.  Tap the 

Settings

 icon.

 

4.   Tap 

Sound

.

 

5.   Tap 

Ringtones

.

 

6.   Tap the ringtone of your preference to listen to it. Slide your finger 

along the screen to access additional options.

 

7.  Once you have selected the ringtone you want to use, tap 

OK

.

 

8.  To return to the main screen, press the 

HOME

 key.

B.   Personalize with Graphics

 

1.  Press the 

HOME

 key.

 

2.  Tap the 

Apps

 icon.

 

3.  Tap the 

Settings

 icon.

 

4.  Locate and tap the 

Display

 icon.

 

5.  Tap 

Wallpaper

 and choose one of the options.

 

6.   Thumbnails of the available images will be displayed at the bottom of 

the screen. Tap the one you want to use.

 

7.   If you select

Gallery

, follow the instructions to select the image 

you want to use. 

You may need to size and frame the image.
