Miscellaneous Product Inquiries
Try the following solutions if you are having miscellaneous product issues.
There is something wrong
with the TV
Try this!
The TV feels hot.
Due to the nature of the product, the panel will generate heat after prolonged use. This heat
generated by the panel is discharged through the vents on the top part of the TV. Touching
the top part of the TV after prolonged use can be dangerous. If there are children around,
adult supervision is necessary to prevent children from coming into contact with the top
part of the screen. This heat is not a defect and does not affect the TV's functionality.
The TV smells of plastic.
This smell is normal and will dissipate over time.
The TV is tilted to the side.
Refer to the Quick setup guide and make sure that the stand is assembled correctly.
The settings disappear
every time the TV is turned
off or after every five
minutes.
If
Usage Mode
is set to
Retail Mode
, the TV automatically resets its picture and sound
settings every five minutes.

The TV is making a popping
noise.
This may be caused by the contraction and expansion of the TV's outer casing. This does not
indicate a product malfunction.
The TV continues to make
noise.
Your TV utilizes high-speed switching circuits and high levels of electrical current.
Depending on the TV's brightness level, the TV may seem slightly noisier than a
conventional TV.
Your TV has undergone strict quality control procedures that meet our demanding
performance and reliability requirements.
Some noise coming from the TV is considered normal and is not an acceptable cause for an
exchange or refund.
I can hear voice descriptions
of the TV’s screen.
