Text Messaging
Send message
1. At the Home screen, select Menu .
2. Select Messaging .
3. Select Create message .
4. Select Message .
5. At To , Select Add .
6. Enter the phone number or select
one of the following:

Recent recipients : Scroll to the
desired contact and select Mark .
Select Done .
n
Contacts : Scroll to the desired
contact and select Mark .
Select Done .
n
Groups : Scroll to the desired
group and select Mark . Select Done .
7. Scroll down to the message field
and enter your message.
8. Select Send .
Read message
Your phone notifies you when you have a new text message. To read,
tap View . To read using the Command Bar:
1. At the Home screen, select Menu .
2. Select Messaging .
3. Select Message inbox .
4. Scroll to the message you want to read and select View .
Separate charges may apply to send/receive domestic/international text messages.
