Three-Way Calling
Set up a three-way call by merging two calls together.
1.
From the Home screen, touch
Dialer
.
2.
Enter the number for the first party, then press
.
3.
When connected, touch
Dialer
to place the first party on hold.
4.
Enter the second party’s phone number and press
to set
up the three-way call.
Manual Pause Calling
Call a number, including waits or pause(s) for input.
1.
From a Home screen, touch
Dialer
.
2.
Enter the number up to the pause, then youch
Add Pause
, and
select an option:
• Wait
: Inserts a hard pause, to await input from you. A “W“ appears in
the phone number for each wait.
• 2-Sec Pause
: Inserts a two-second pause, after which dialing
resumes. A “P” appears in the phone number for each pause.
Tip:
You can create pauses longer than two seconds by entering multiple
2-Sec Pauses.
3.
Continue dialing, then press
or touch
Voice Call
.
Tip:
If you plan to call the number frequently, tap
Add To Contacts
to store the
number, with pauses, as a contact.
