I want to use the speaker when Wi-Fi is not connected.

You can use the speaker as a Bluetooth speaker. If you have not yet performed the
initial setup, you can connect with other devices with the method described below.
1. Press and hold the Play/Pause button more than 3 seconds.
The speaker enters Bluetooth pairing mode and the indicator light flashes red,
green, and blue.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth feature on the device you want to connect to and
complete the pairing.
When the pairing is complete, the indicator light flashes blue three times.

The speaker freezes.

Unplug the power cable from the speaker and connect it again. Then, check that the
Wi-Fi works properly. If the problem is still not resolved, contact a Samsung Service
Center.
