Operation

Monthly Sleep Summary Report

In the monthly tab you can see the current month sleep summaries. You can either select a single day to see its 
sleep score components and diary entry, or choose a range of days (up to fourteen) to see different graphs that 
compare the sleep sessions. You can navigate to different months by using the arrows next to the month name.

A green or red notification appears when there is a significant deviation in one of the parameters assembling the 
sleep score (such as - Total sleep time, sleep score, Time to fall asleep etc.). 
The colors, green or red, represent a positive or a negative change respectively. 
A session which had not received any notifications, would appear with a gray dot.
