To view an e-mail message:
1. On the Messaging screen, select the e-mail account
from which you want to receive e-mail messages.
2. Press the Menu soft key and select Send/Receive .
The device connects to your e-mail server and receives
incoming e-mail messages or sends e-mail messages in
Outbox.
3. Select the message you want to view.
To access message options:
From any message folder, you can access the following
options by pressing the
Menu soft key:
• Delete : deletes the message.
• Reply : sends a reply to the sender and/or all other
recipients, or forwards the message to other people.
• Folders : allows you to access other folders.
• Switch Accounts : allows you to switch to another
message account.
• Move : allows you to move the message to other folders.
• Mark as Unread / Mark as Read : allows you to mark the
message as unread or read. Unread messages are
boldfaced on the message list.
• Download Message / Do Not Download : allows you to
set the device to download the complete contents of the
e-mail from the e-mail server, or cancel the download
setting.
• Options : allows you to change the options for the
Messaging.
• Send/Receive : sends or receives e-mail messages.
