Communication
Bar (block) calls
To activate this function, you need a
barring password from your service
provider.
To bar calls from specific numbers,
1. On the Home screen, press <Start>
→
<All Programs>
→
Settings
→
Phone.
2. Select Voice Calls or Video Calls
→
Call Barring.
3. Select the type of calls you want to bar
and select a barring option.
4. Enter the barring password and press
<Done>.

Send a text message
1. On the Home screen, press <Start>
→
<All Programs>
→
Messaging
→
SMS/MMS.
2. Press <Menu>
→
New
→
SMS.
3. Enter a phone number or press
<Menu>
→
Add Recipient to select a
contact.
4. Scroll down and enter your message
text.
5. Press <Send> to send the message.
If you enter the incorrect barring
password three times, the device
will lock. Contact your service
provider.
