Step outside the phone
1. In Idle mode, press <Menu>
and select Messaging
→
Create new message
→
Multimedia message.
2. Select Subject.
3. Enter the message subject and
press [
].
4. Select Picture & Video or
Sound and add media files.
5. Select Message.
6. Enter the message text and
press [
].
7. Press <Options> and select
Send.
8. Enter destination numbers or
addresses.
9. Press [
] to send the
message.

Email.
2. Select Subject.
3. Enter the e-mail subject and
press [
].
4. Select Message.
5. Enter the e-mail text and press

6. Select File attach.
7. Add image, video, music, or
sound files.
8. Press <Options> and select
Send.
9. Enter e-mail addresses.
10. Press [
] to send the e-mail.
