• Move : change the date of the memo.
• Copy : copy the memo to another date.
Calendar
(Menu 7.2)
Use this menu to keep track of your monthly schedule.
When you access this menu, the calendar displays
with today’s date is highlighted and selected. On the
bottom, the number of memos of each type appears.
The following icons indicate the type of memo:
Selecting a day
• Press [Left] or [Right] to move by day.
• Press [Up] or [Down] to move by week.
• Press and hold [Up] or [Down] to move by month.
• Press and hold [Left] or [Right] to move by year.
Using calendar options
From the calendar, press < Options > to access the
following options:
•
Add memo : add a new memo to the selected
date.
• Go to date : enter the speicific date you want to
access.
• View all : view all of the memos you have stored.
• Delete day : delete the memos stored for the
selected date.
• Delete all : delete all memos.
Creating a memo and using memo options
You can create memos and access memo options as
you would in the New memo menu.
To do list
(Menu 7.3)
This menu displays the list of task. The following icons
tell you the status of tasks:
•
Done
• Undone
You can quickly access this menu by pressing
[Down] in Idle mode.
