Taking a Photo with the Phone Open
1. Accessing the
Take photo
menu turns on the
camera on the phone.
Alternatively, you can press and hold the
Camera key (
) on the right side of the phone
in Idle mode.
The image to be captured appears on the
display.
2. Adjust the image by aiming the camera at the
subject.
• Press the left soft key to use the camera
options. For details, see page 107.
• You can use the keypad to adjust the image
settings. For details, see page 108.
3. Press the Camera key or the Centre key to take
the photo.
4. Press the
Save
soft key or the Centre key.
To discard the photo, press the
Cancel

key.
