They can be printed using the Print Screen button or your normal print menu. So you can quickly and easily print what you see.

connection or network. This means you can send and receive
faxes at your PC, and all fax information is stored and managed
at your desk.
So whether you’re sending or receiving fax transmissions, you
can handle messages electronically, without the need for hard
copies. As well as working more efficiently, you also save on
paper and toner costs.
