Viewing Stored Entries
Finding Entries By Location
To find an entry by location:
1. Press
to display the Main Menu.
2. Press
for Phone Book.
3. Press
for Find Entry. The screen prompts for a
location.
4. Enter the location by pressing the associated digit key, or
press the scroll keys to scroll to the desired location, and
then press
to display the selected entry.
5. When the desired entry displays, press
to place a
call.
Finding Entries by Name
You can locate Phone Book entries quickly when the phone
is in Standby mode: Press
to access the Phone Book in
one step, and then press the scroll keys to scan entries.
To find Phone Book entries from the Main Menu:
1. Press
to display the Main Menu.
2. Press
for Phone Book.
3. Press
for Find Name. Stored names display in an
alphabetical list.
4. Press the scroll keys to scroll to the desired name. You
can also enter the first letter of the name by pressing the
associated alphanumeric key. Using this method, the
phone searches for the names in the list beginning with
that letter, and then displays the first name in that
section of the list. If desired, you can also enter the
second letter in the name by pressing the associated
alphanumeric key.
5. When the desired entry displays, press
to place a
call.
