CONTROLLING THE 
TEMPERATURE

We recommend to set the temperature controller 
of the freezer and the refrigerator on 

Normal

 

in order to have a stable performance of the 
appliance.
When food in the refrigerator is frozen or if you 
want to increase the temperature of freezer, set 
the Freezer Temperature Controller on 1~3.

When the ambient temperature is under 10 °C, 

• 

set the Freezer Temperature Controller on 8~9 
to make ice.

When the ambient temperature is higher 

• 

than 35 °C, set the the Freezer Temperature 
Controller on Normal to make ice.

If you want to lower the temperature of the freezer, 
set the temperature controller of the freezer on 
6~9. If you want to increase the temperature of 
the freezer, set the temperature controller on 1~4.  

When the ambient temperature is under 10 °C,

set

 the Freezer Temperature Controller on 8~9.  

Otherwise the performance of the refrigerator 
may be caused problems.

When the ambient temperature is higher than 

• 

35 °C, 

do not set

 the Freezer Temperature 

Controller on 8~9. Otherwise the performance 
of  the refrigerator may be caused problems.

Adjusting the Fridge Temperature

When the food in the refrigerator is not as fresh as 
desired or if you want to lower the temperature of 
the refrigerator, set the Temperature Controller of 
the fridge on 5~6 or the Temperature of Display 
model on 1. When food in the refrigerator  is 
frozen or  if you want to increase the temperature 
of the freezer, set the Temperature Controller of 
the fridge on 1~3 or the Temperature of Display 
model to 3~7.

When the ambient temperature is under 10 °C, 

• 

do not set

 the Fridge Temperature Controller  

on 1~2 or the Temperature of Display model 
on 5~7. Otherwise the performance of the 
refrigerator may be caused problems.

When the ambient temperature is higher than 

• 

35 °C, 

set

 the Fridge Temperature Controller 

on  4~6 or the Temperature of Display model 
on 1~2. Otherwise the performance of the 
refrigerator may be caused problems.

Making Ice Cubes

Remove the ice cube tray by pulling it towards 
you. Fill the tray with water up to the maximum 
water level marked on the rear of the tray.
Slide the tray back into the holder, taking care not 
to spill the water.
Wait until the ice cubes are formed.

Removing the Ice Cubes

Make sure that the ice cube storage bin is in place 
under the ice cube tray. If not, slide it into place.
