The screen should now show

Enter the extension number of the handset you want to change for
example 205 enter [2] [0] [5]
The screen should now show
[205]: NO ANS FWD

Now you need to press the Right hand soft key under the display to
move the Cursor to the blank area.
You can now enter the time (in three digit format)
e.g. [0] [3] [0] for 30 seconds you can enter any time in a second for-
mat from 1 to 250 seconds
You can then select another extension number or push the [Transfer
key] to save and exit.
