Chapter 2. Performance
The NX200 has adopted a SW optimization technique called "Parallel
Programming" which minimizes stand-by time for capture sequence. With
the NX200, the shooting speed for full size photos has been significantly
reduced from the previous 190msec to 90msec, realizing a continuous
shooting speed of 7 frames per second.
High speed shooting of 7 frames per second provides many shooting
opportunities. Users can capture dynamic scenes from fast sports as well
as extraordinarily vivid scenes of moving subjects including babies and
small children, insects, and animals in daily life, and they can enjoy a
broader range of creativity without missing any shooting chances.
