Instructions
Weigh the vegetables (e.g. broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, pepper)
after washing, cleaning and cutting into similar size. Put tray
into bowl. Distribute vegetables on insert tray. Add 2 tbsp.
water. Cover with lid.

Instructions
Put the frozen vegetables into the steam bowl. Put insert tray
into bowl. Add 1 tbsp. water. Cover with lid. Stir well after
cooking and standing.

Instructions
Put rice into the steam bowl. Add 500 ml cold water. Cover with
lid. After cooking let stand white rice 5 minutes, brown rice
10 minutes.

Weigh and rinse the potatoes and put them into steam bowl.
Add 3 tbsp. water. Cover with lid.

Put stew into the steam bowl. Cover with lid. Stir well before
standing.
Defrosting:
Place the frozen food in the steam bowl without the lid. The liquid will remain in
the bottom of the pot and will not harm the food.

• Take special care when opening the lid of your steamer, because the steam
escaping may be very hot.
