application, a dialog box will appear.

Page Setup Features

Paper

: Select the paper size you want to use.

Layout

: Sets the number of pages to be printed on each sheet.

Reduce or Enlarge

: To print a reduced or enlarged copy of your document,

type a percentage of reduction or enlargement.

Orientation

: To set up your document so that it is oriented for

Portrait (tall) or Landscape (wide) printing, click one of
these icons.

Notes:

The Page Setup dialog box may differ depending
