BROILING GUIDE
•
Always use the high rack which has been sprayed with vegetable oil spray.
Set the rack on the glass turntable. Place the food directly on the rack.
•
Foods may be brushed with butter or marinade if desired.
•
An 8" or 9" pie plate may be placed on the turntable directly under the rack to catch any drippings.

Place chicken pieces directly on the high rack.
Thicker pieces of chicken, such as bone-in breast, may
take longer to become fully cooked than small ones.
Turn chicken over after half the cooking time.

Steaks, thick fillets
