This may happen when the LVDS cable connecting the Main Board and the Panel is disconnected.

Does the signal appear at C1351?

pin 9 of TU3101?
Does the digital data appear at the
output of LVDS (RA5104~RA5109)?

Please, Contact Tech support.
Check the LVDS cable?
Replace the LCD panel?
Yes
Connect the RF cable and
check RF signal.
