Using the Auto Cook Feature
The Auto Cook feature has three pre-programmed cooking time, you
do not need to set either the cooking time or power level.
You can adjust the number of servings by turning the dial knob.
First, place the food in the centre of the turntable and close the door.

Use only recipients that are microwave-safe.
✉
Press the
button while operation to increase the operation time by
30 seconds, or rotate the dial knob to adjust operation time by 10
seconds.
Auto Cook Setting
The following table presents 3 Auto Cook Programmes and the
quantities, standing times and appropriate recommendations.
1.
Select the type of food that you are cooking by pressing
the Auto Cook(
) button once or more times.
2.
Select the size of the serving by turning the dial knob.
(Refer to the table.)
3.
Press the
button.
Result :
Cooking starts. When it has finished:
1) The oven beeps four times.
2) The end reminder signal will beep 3 times
(once every minute)
3) The current time is displayed again.

Weigh the vegetables after washing, cleaning
and cutting into similar size.
Put them into a glass bowl with lid.
Add 30 ml (2 tablespoons) water when
cooking for 100 - 250 g, add 45 ml
(3 tablespoons) for 300- 450 g and add
60- 75 ml (4- 5 tablespoons) for 500- 750 g.
Stir after cooking.
When cooking bigger quantities stir once
during cooking.
2 Frozen
Vegetables

Weigh the frozen vegetables(- 18° C) and put
them in a suitable sized glass pyrex bowl with
lid.
When cooking 100- 450 g add 15 ml
(1 tablespoon) water for 500- 750 g add 30
ml (2 tablespoons).
Stir after cooking and during standing time.
When cooking bigger quantities stir once
during cooking.
This programme is suitable for peas, sweet
corn, broccoli, cauliflower and mixed
vegetables such as peas, carrots and
cauliflower.
3 Potatoes 200-250 g

Weigh the potatoes after peeling, washing
and cutting into a similar size. Put them into a
glass bowl with lid.
Add 45 ml (3 tablespoons) water when
cooking 200- 450g, add 60ml (4 tablespoons)
for cooking 500- 650 g and add 75ml (5
tablespoons) for 700- 750 g.
