Browse a web page
1. In Menu mode, select Web .
The device shows the list of bookmarks
and folders.
2. Access a web page:
• Select a bookmark or folder
• Select
Options
→
Go to
→
New web
page
,
enter a web address and select
→
Go to
3. To close the web connection, select
Options
→
Web page options
→
Close .
Change browser settings
From the bookmark list, select Options
→
Settings .
General settings
• Access point : change the default access
point
• Homepage : define your homepage
• History list : activate the history list
• Web address suffix : set the frequently
used suffixes
• Security warnings : hide or show security
warnings
• Java/ECMA script : enable or disable
scripting
• Java/ECMA script errors : enable the web
page developer to debug JavaScript and
ECMA Script by error messages and
notifications, log files, or both
• Open while downloading : set to
automatically open progressive download
files
• If your device shows "Not enough
memory," close other running applications
to free up the memory, and then restart the
browser.
• The device will show a security indicator
( ) whenever you have established an
encrypted connection.
