3. Disassembly & Reassembly

3.1. Overall Disassembly & Reassembly

CAUTION

•

Be careful to follow the disassembly sequence
described in the manual. Otherwise, the product may
be damaged.

•

Be sure to carefully read and understand the safety
instructions before performing any work as the IC
chips on the PCB are vulnerable to static electricity.

•

In order to assemble reverse the order of disassembly.

CAUTION

Be careful not to make any scratches as you remove them.

1.

Unfasten 3 screws on the rear side for Top Cover.

: BH, +, B, M3, L10, ZPC (BLK), SWRCH18A

2.

Unfasten 2 screws on the side for Top Cover.

: BH, +, B, M3, L10, ZPC (BLK), SWRCH18A

3.

To disassemble Front Cover, release 3 hooks on the
Bottom and one on each side. (R/L)

4.

After unfasten all the hooks on the top side, then you
can pull out the Front Cover Assy. And be sure to
unfasten 1 wires.

5.

Unfasten 3 screws and 2 holder for taking out VFD
Cover.
