Use the stopwatch
In Menu mode, select

Stopwatch

Start
to begin the stopwatch.
Select

Split
to record time.
When you are finished, select

Stop

Reset
to clear recorded times.
While recording the lap times, the interval between
lap times is recorded. To check the interval, select
Lap
.
