PUK2

Note: This service is not available on your O2 Pay & 

Go mobile.

The PUK2, supplied with some SIM cards, is 
required to change a blocked PIN2.

If you key in an incorrect PUK2 ten times in 
succession, you cannot use the functions requiring 
the PIN2. Contact your service provider for a new 
card.

You cannot change the PUK2. If you lose the code, 
contact your service provider.

Call barring password

The 4-digit call barring password is required when 
you use the Call Barring function. You obtain the 
password from your service provider when you 
subscribe to this function. 

You can change this password using the Change 
barring password menu option (Menu 3.2.7). For 
further details, see page 76.
