Poor Sound / Volume

Repair Bluetooth 

•

Ensure that your device and the other Bluetooth devices are within the Bluetooth connection 
range (10 m). The distance may vary depending on the environment the devices are used in. 

•

Adjust volume on the Circle and your device. Your device and Gear Circle both have their own 
volume controls. 

•

Clean ear buds 

•

Please note if your wired headsets are plugged into the phone the Bluetooth audio will not come 
through the Gear Circle. 

 

 

Gear Circle too heavy

Try a more comfortable neck guard that supports Gear Circle 

•

Try different size ear gels
