Pour into a deep ceramic soup plate
or bowl and cover during heating and
standing. Stir carefully before and after
standing time. Stand for 2-3 minutes.
USING THE AUTO GRILL COOK FEATURES
The
Auto Grill Cook
features has 8 pre-programmed cooking times. You do not need to
set either the cooking times or the power level.
Open the door. Place the food in the centre of the turntable. Close the door.

Select the type of food that you are cooking by pressing the
Auto Grill Cook
button one or more times. (Refer to the
Auto Grill Cook Table).

Press the
START
button.
Result:
Cooking starts. When it has finished.
1) The oven beeps 4 times.
2) The end reminder signal will beep 1 times
(once every minute).
3) The current time is displayed again.

appropriate instructions. Those programmes are running with microwave energy only.

Roast Chicken
1 Serving (1200 g)
Brush chicken with oil and spices. Put
chicken in the pyrex dish and breast side
down first. Turnover, as soon as the beep
sounds. When turnover, breast side up.
Stand for 5 minutes after grilling.

Chicken Pieces
1 Serving (500 g)
Brush chicken pieces with oil and
spices. Put them in a circle with the
bones to the middle. Put one chicken
piece not into the centre of the rack.
Stand for 2-3 minutes.

Frozen Pasta
1 Serving (400 g)
Put frozen pasta into a small flat
rectangular glass pyrex dish. Put the
dish directly on the turntable. After
cooking stand for 2-3 minutes.

Frozen Pizza
1 Serving (300 g)
Put the frozen pizza on the High rack.
Put it on the turntable. After cooking
stand for 1-2 minutes.

Vegetable
Gratin
1 Serving (500 g)
Put frozen gratin into a small glass
pyrex dish. Put the dish on the rack.
After cooking stand for 2-3 minutes.

Grilled
Tomatoes
1 Serving (400 g)
Rinse and clean tomatoes, cut them
into halves and put in an ovenware
dish. Add grated cheese on top. Put
dish on rack. Stand for 1-2 minutes.

Roast Fish
1 Serving (400 g)
Brush skin of whole fish (trout or
gilthead) with oil and add herbs and
spices. Put fish side by side, head
to tail on the high rack. Turnover, as
soon as the beep sounds. Stand for
3 minutes.

Grilled Salmon
Steaks
1 Serving (300 g)
Put fish steaks evenly on the high rack.
Turnover, as soon as the beep sounds.
Stand for 2 minutes.
