1. From home, tap Apps > Settings > Applications .
2. Tap Email , and then tap an account to set its options. Individual email account settings may vary;
see your service provider for details. Common settings include:

Sync account : Configure options for synchronizing your tablet with your account:

Account name : Enter a name to identify this email account.

Your name : Your name as displayed in your email address.

Always Cc/Bcc myself : Choose options for sending a copy of emails you send to yourself,
as a copy (Cc) or blind copy (Bcc).

Signature : A text signature is automatically added to emails you send.

Show images : Choose whether to automatically display embedded images in the body of an
email.

Auto download attachments : Choose whether the tablet automatically downloads email
attachments when you are connected to Wi-Fi. You might use this option to control how and
whether you use your plan’s data services to download attachments.

Sync schedule : Choose folders to synchronize between your tablet and account.

Period to sync Email : Choose the period for synchronizing email between your tablet and
account.

Limit retrieval size : Choose the number of emails to retrieve at one time.

Limit retrieval size while roaming : Choose the number of emails to retrieve at one time
while roaming.

Out of office settings : Configure options for automatically sending replies when you are out
of the office.

Folder sync settings : Choose which folders to sync.
