Insert the SIM or UIM card.

Your phone has two SIM card slots to allow you to use
two SIM or UIM cards, and switch between them. Use
the right slot for the SIM or UIM card. Use the left slot
for the UIM card only.
Place the SIM or UIM card into the device with the

gold-coloured contacts facing down.
If you do not insert a SIM or UIM card, you can only

use your device’s non-network services and some
menus.
To install the SIM or UIM card and battery,
If the device is on, press and hold [

] and select
Power
off
to turn it off.
Remove the back cover.

Be careful not to damage your fingernails when you
remove the back cover.
