Manually update the software:
If the device did not automatically download the software, then do the following:
1.
From the home screen, tap the
Apps
key, and then tap
Settings
2.
Scroll down and tap
About Device
3.
Tap
Software Update
4.
If you are prompted to connect to a Wi-Fi network, please do so and go back through steps 1-3
above
5.
Software will begin downloading to the device
6.
The following screen will be displayed on the device (there will also be a notification in the
notification panel). Press Install. Will then get prompted that the device will restart and install
the updates. Press OK. This will take several minutes.
