Delete messages
1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access Apps .

Tap Verizon folder > .
3. Tap a conversation to display it.
4. Touch and hold the message you want to delete,
and then tap Delete messages on the pop-up
menu. Follow the prompts to confirm the
deletion.
Delete conversations
You can delete all the message you've exchanged with
another person.
1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access Apps .

Tap Verizon folder > .
3. Touch and hold a conversation you want to
delete and tap Delete Conversation . Follow the
prompts to confirm the deletion.
Note : Locked messages will not be delete unless you
select Also delete locked messages before confirming
the deletion.
