Replacing the battery
When the indicator light flashes red, replace
the battery.
1. Detach the lid.
2. Remove the battery and insert a new AA
battery with the positive and negative
terminals properly aligned with the + and -
symbols on the C Pen.
Do not recharge the provided battery.
3. Reattach the lid.
Checking the remaining battery power
Press and hold the Up button and the Down
button simultaneously for three seconds. The
indicator lights alerts you to the remaining
battery power.
