crumbled. Onion-1/2 chopped, Tomato-1/2 chopped, green
Chilly-1 chopped, Green Coriander- 2 tspn chopped, But-
ter or oil-1 tspn, salt & pepper to taste.

Soak bread pieces in beaten eggs for 4-5 mins & mix
properly. Add rest of ingredients, pour in greased micro-
wave safe dish.(preferably use plastic dish).

Porridge- 1 cup, carrots- 2 tbspn grated, Beans- 2-3
chopped, Cauliflower-2 florets cut into ½ inch size, cottage
cheese(Paneer)- 100 gms-1/2 inch cubes,Green Chillies-
1-2 chopped, Green Peas-2 tbspn, Salt & Pepper- to taste,
cumin seeds- 1 tspn, clarified butter-2 tspn, Water- 4 cups.

Mix all above ingredients(roasted porridge) in a microwave
safe bowl and cover with lid or cling film.
Note: For roasting porridge, microwave on high
power(900watts) 1 cup for 40 secs, stir once in between.
Use flat microwave safe glass bowl or plate.

Coriander- for garnishing, Tomato Sauce-3-4 tbspn.

Apply tomato sauce on one side of slices. Mix vegetables
and spices and spread on slices. Cover with mozeralla
cheese and garnish with green dhaniya.
Note: serve hot immediately.

Mix all spices, oil, 1 lemon juice with thick curd and mari-
nated paneer cubes for 3 to 7 hrs in refrigerator.
Note: Before serving sprinkle chaat masala, lemon juice
and onion rings.
