style potatoes). Add bay leaves, black pepper &
60-80g of water. Cover your pots. Put them on
the wire grill.

Take the steaks or trim & cut fish into 200g
steaks with skin or without, with bone or
without, or cut it in butterfly style steaks. Brush
all with olive oil or oil, sprinkle lemon juice, add
salt. Then put steaks on the wire grill.

Prepare Trout (defrost, if it’s frozen, trim, cut
fins & remove entrails). Add salt & white ground
pepper. Sprinkle lemon juice. Brush tin foil
butter or green butter ( butter with parsley,
garlic, wine & spicy) or other flavoured butter.
Put on battered tin foil trout, brush butter again
(you can add some row vegetables as potato
wedges, carrot ovals, leek ovals etc.). Cover
trout by tin foil. Put it on the wire grill.

Use a glass square baking form, 20x20x5 cm.
Beat by mixer 3 eggs with 9 tablespoons sugar
(add sugar step-by-step). Add 6 tablespoons
semolina, 75g melted butter and 1500g 18% fat
custard cheese (you can add vanilla essence or
vanilla sugar). Brush the baking form with but-
ter, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Get the mixture
in the baking form, brush on top butter and sour
cream. Make small half-moon form holes by
tablespoon at the top of mixture. Put the baking
form on the wire grill.

Cut eggplant in (50-55mm) thin length, zucchini
cut the same way, peppers cut in 5-6 parts, leek
cut in half parts (use only white part), tomato
use whole, mushrooms too (if too big, cut in
half). Better marinate vegetables for 30 min.
Marinade:1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar (can use
you favourite one), about 3-5gr oregano or
other herbs, salt and pepper to taste, 3-5tbsp
of olive oil and 1tbsp of soy sauce (you can use
different recipe or not marinate). Put all veg-
etables on the wire grill. Put in the baking tray.
