Troubleshooting
You can also update software using the following methods.
USB and CD/DVD are the same as using the 'By Internet
menu'.

If the internet connection doesn't operate properly,
the connection may be broken. Please retry
downloading. If the problem persists, download by
USB and upgrade.

4-2-2 USB Upgrade
4-2-3 CD/DVD Upgrade
Please follow the below steps to download USB firmware up-
date.
1) Insert a USB drive containing the
firmware upgrade file, downloaded from “www.
samsung.com/bluraysupport”.
The name of Firmware file is B-BAHDDEUC
2) Connect the USB flash drive to the USB port of
the product to update the software, then follow
the on-screen instructions.
Please be careful not to disconnect the power
or remove the USB drive until upgrades are
complete.
4) The BD-HDD combo will be turned off and on
automatically after completing the firmware
upgrade. “UPDATE” will appear on the front
display.
5) The BD-HDD combo will be turned off and
on automatically after completing the loader
upgrade. The broadcasting channel will be
displayed.
Please follow the below steps to download the CD firmware
update.
1) Visit www.samsung.com/bluraysupport,
download and write the latest software onto a disc.
2) If you downloaded the firmware you'll have a
B-BAHDDEUC.file Burn a data disc with your
CD burning software.
3) After disc is finalized insert it in the BD-HDD
combo. Please be careful not to disconnect the power
until upgrades are complete.
4) The BD-HDD combo will be turned off and on
automatically after completing the firmware
upgrade. “UPDATE” will appear on the front
display.
5) The BD-HDD combo will be turned off and
on automatically after completing the loader
upgrade. The broadcasting channel will be
displayed.

When the system upgrade is done, check the
software details in the software Upgrade menu.
Do not turn off the product during the System
Upgrade, as it may cause the product to not work
properly.

Software upgrades using the USB Host jack must be
performed with a USB memory flash stick only.
