Insert a memory card (optional)

To store additional multimedia files, you must 
insert a memory card. Your device accepts 
microSD

TM

 memory cards up to XX GB 

(depending on memory card manufacturer and 
type).

1. Open the cover to the memory card slot on 

the side of the device.

2. Insert a memory card with the label side 

facing up.

3. Push the memory card in the memory card 

slot until it locks in place.

Follow these steps when removing a 
memory card 

Carefully follow the steps below when 
removing a memory card to avoid data loss 
or damage to the memory card.

1. Press and hold [

] and select 

Remove E: memory card

2. Press <

Yes

> to confirm.

3. Open the cover to the memory card slot 

and gently push the memory card in until 
it disengages from the device.

4. Pull the memory card out of the memory 

card slot.

If you must reboot the device to finish 
installing an application, do not remove the 
card until the reboot is complete. Otherwise, 
your application files may be corrupted or 
erased.
