Can other Bluetooth

phone users hear my

conversation?

When you pair your speaker to your Bluetooth phone,

you are creating a private link between only these two

Bluetooth devices. The wireless Bluetooth technology used

in your speaker is not easily monitored by third parties

because Bluetooth wireless signals are significantly lower

in radio frequency power than those produced by a typical

mobile phone.

Can I use the speaker

while charging?

The speaker is usable while charging.

Battery operation time

doesn’t match the one

stated in the user manual.

The battery will gradually wear out because it is a

consumable part.

If you place the battery in extreme heat or cold, the

operation time is shortened.

Can I replace the battery

if it died?

The battery is covered under warranty for one year after the date

of purchase. Should it become faulty within the one year, we will

replace it at no charge. If you want to replace a dead battery with

a new one, please contact your nearest service centre.

The sound echoes when

you talk using the speaker.

Adjust the speaker volume or try moving to another

position and try again.

Music files are not

accessible.

Depending on the model of Bluetooth phone, it may not

read other file formats other than MP3 files (such as *.wav,

*.wma and *.avi). Make sure that your music files are of a

compatible file format (*.mp3).

How do I take care of my

speaker?

To clean the speaker, use a clean and soft cloth that is

slightly damp.
