A When it is hot o u tside , its coo l ing capacity decreases d u e to the increase of the ambient temperat u re.
When the d u st fi l ter gets b l oc k ed or warm o u tside air gets in , the coo l ing capacity wi ll decrease. So ,
ma k e s u re to c l ean the d u st fi l ter fre qu ent l y , pre v ent heat l oss by c l osing the doors and ins ul ate the
coo l ing area by u sing c u rtains , b l inds , shades or window tinting.

When the coo l ing capacity decreases d u ring a heat wa v e , c l ean the heat exchanger of the o u tdoor u nit
or spray some co l d water to the heat exchanger to increase the coo l ing capabi l ity.

A I t is not correct charging refrigerant reg ul ar l y. E xcept that yo u ha v e mo v ed in se v era l times or the
connection pipes are bro k en , the refrigerant does not r u n l ow. So , when refrigerant is additiona ll y
charged , it co ul d be cost l y and ca u se a prod u ct's fai lu re. When the refrigerant l ea k s , a ll of it wi ll escape
in a short time res ul ting in coo l ing fai lu re and no water coming o u t of the drain hose. So , if water comes
o u t from the drain hose , it indicates the norma l operation of the prod u ct and it does not need
refrigerant charging.

A When the air conditioner is set to v enti l ation or the desired temperat u re is set higher than the c u rrent
temperat u re , it fai l s to do coo l ing. I n this case , se l ect coo l ing or set the desired temperat u re l ower.

areas. T o pre v ent the water condensation , the pipes are ins ul ated. B u t , the connection areas of the
o u tdoor u nit are not ins ul ated for the p u rpose of maintenance or repair , and water gets condensed d u e
to the temperat u re differences and drips down. G enera ll y , it e v aporates right away. B u t , when it drips
m u ch d u ring m u ggy days , p u t a water pan on the f l oor.

get o u t of it. So find and root o u t the sme ll so u rces. G enera ll y , it occ u rs at a interior reno v ated p l ace , a
pharmacy , a gaso l ine hand l ing p l ace , a tire shop , a second - hand boo k shop or an e l ectronic component
hand l ing p l ace , when its chemica l or m u sty sme ll s are s u c k ed in and sent o u t , it can be mis l ed that the
air conditioner generates them.
