1) Is the indoor units fan motor properly connected with the connector(CN72)?
2) Is the AC voltage correct?
2. Troubleshooting procedure
Does the fan rotate?
Power o and Separate the Fan motor wire from
CN72 on Indoor PBA

Restart r power o

Is the fan error appeared again?
Reassemble the fan wire and inpu he power again
Terminate the
service
Is there short among each pin

Exchange the
motor

Is the voltage of CN72 #3-#5 and
#3-#6 with in 1Vdc~15Vdc during
the opera on?
Exchange the Indoor PBA
NO
Is the voltage of CN72 #1-#3 over
250Vdc
Follow the check procedure of Indoor unit power
supply error check
NO
YES

PBA problem or Motor problem
Change the PBA rst and check the opera on
Exchange the Fan motor

1.set power on,check the voltage of the CN72(PIN1,PIN3)
the voltage is over 250VDC.
2.set power on,check the voltage of the CN72(PIN3,PIN5)
the voltage is between 1VDC and 15VDC
